2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MatchScheduler only for its intended purpose — scheduling and coordinating activities with friends. You may not:

• Use the platform to harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Create fake or misleading accounts.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or interfere with the service.
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights.

4. Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, messages, etc.). By using MatchScheduler, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Matches & Scheduling

MatchScheduler facilitates scheduling between users but is not responsible for the activities themselves. Users participate in matches and activities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, disputes, or issues arising from in-person meetups arranged through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

MatchScheduler and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoubleArr LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

MatchScheduler is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoubleArr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MatchScheduler.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of MatchScheduler after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
